Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Houston, TX seeks a Planner to support project execution by providing detailed scheduling, cost control, and project information to keep forecasts, schedules, and budgets aligned. Based near the Galleria in Houston, this role requires strong Primavera P6 experience and collaboration across project teams.

  • Requires 5+ years of relevant industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
  • Education: HS diploma required; Bachelors/Masters preferred in construction science or related field.
  • Familiar with Primavera P6 and project controls practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules to support on-time delivery and budget adherence.
  • Analyze project forecasts and variances; provide timely reports to project managers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to capture scope changes and ensure schedule integrity.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigations to protect project objectives.

What You'll Be DoingJob Scope: The primary mission of the Planner is to support the execution of projects by ensuring project managers, project teams, and other key stakeholders are provided with detailed project analysis, information, systems, and processes needed to effectively manage project forecasts, schedules, and other essential project information to execute projects safely, on time, and on budget.
