Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in field service/commercial settings.
• Strong communication and proposal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial landscaping maintenance opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Develop materials that align SunWorks services with client needs and negotiate terms.
• Maintain CRM with activity and pipeline updates.
• Monitor KPIs and report on new business development progress.
