Job summary

Well Done Chemical LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, tax coordination, and administrative functions. The role supports cross-border operations across North America and Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of U.S.-based accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Oracle and/or SAP, and advanced Excel skills. On-site position with PTO, bonus opportunities, and career advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of U.S.-based accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong communication skills for LATAM.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Oracle and/or SAP; advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-currency transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger activities using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, A/R and A/P, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate state/local tax filings and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Reconcile international shipping invoices, duties, and tariffs; allocate to inventory and COGS; liaise with external CPAs.
