Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting client success.
• Purchase order and sales order processing and tracking.
• Invoicing, packing slips, and bill of lading preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time-management and prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of WMS/ERP.
• Fluent in English.
• Houston, TX or nearby location.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer calls and emails to address questions, requests, and issues.
• Consult on customer success - Advise customers on leveraging the product/service to fit their needs.
• Maintain product knowledge - Serve as a product expert ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Track interactions in CRM/ERP - Record customer interactions for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
