About The Role
This position involves operations support and travel coordination. The Housing Coordinator works with hotel and corporate housing vendors to negotiate options for assigned cities, communicates daily with vendors, operations, and account managers, and acts as coverage for Housing Account Managers when needed. The role requires organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and strong communication skills, fostering teamwork and embodying Road Rebel Culture.

What You'll Do
Client Communications:
  • Negotiate with hotels and vendors verbally and in writing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Build and repair relationships, follow up on communications.
  • Adapt to client-driven changes.
  • Resolve issues impacting itinerary delivery.
Operational Proficiency
  • Research hotel and housing options proactively.
  • Negotiate rates and concessions.
  • Anticipate client needs and hotel questions.
  • Recommend properties aligning with client priorities.
  • Maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in conflict resolution.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in client service or customer service roles.

  • Travel, logistics, or hospitality experience a plus.
