Job summary

Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking a Housing Systems Adoption Officer to drive user adoption and deliver engaging training across housing services. You will design learning resources, lead scenario-based training for new starters and existing staff, and act as a trusted contact to help colleagues navigate NEC Housing and related systems.

We are recruiting for a Housing Systems Adoption Officer to play a key role in improving how our housing systems are used across the organisation.

Working closely with Housing Services, ICT & Digital Services, and system suppliers, you will drive user adoption, develop engaging training materials, support service improvement initiatives and help colleagues make the most of our core housing systems, including NEC Housing. This role has been created to strengthen system adoption and improve user confidence in systems.
