Job summary

Transitional Services, Inc. seeks a Housing Support Associate to join the interdisciplinary team in Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, to provide housing support, education, and assistance to individuals referred to the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Supportive Housing Program.

The role focuses on identifying, securing, and maintaining affordable housing for individuals and families, with a 9 am–5 pm weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services field with 1 year experience or 5 years education/experience would meet qualifications.
• PA driver's license is required.
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing support, education, and assistance to individuals referred to the Supportive Housing Program.
• Identify, secure and maintain affordable housing for individuals and families.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure operations align with program mission and values.

Equivalent combination of 5 years education and experience
