Job summary

UPMC's NLP program in Allegheny County is hiring a Program Coordinator to support NLP Supervisors and the Program Director. You will coordinate grants and improve outcomes, guiding Data Coordinators and Housing Specialists toward audit readiness.

Required: Bachelor's or Master's in human services with supervisory and clinical experience; knowledge of HUD and BSC regulations; ongoing staff development and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or Master's degree in a related field with supervisory and clinical experience.
• Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process.
• Maintains all mandatory annual trainings and competencies.
• Participates with supervisor to identify program design and process needs.
• Participates in ongoing staff development activities.

Responsibilities

• Supports actions of BSC supervisors and NLP Program Supervisors for audit preparedness.
• Oversee the payments of rents and utilities for participants and landlords per HUD regulations.
• Monitors capacity and census of grants ongoing.
• Supervise Data Coordinators and Housing Specialists.
• Ensure awareness of HUD and BSC policies and bulletins and applicable regulations.
• Manage outcomes related to HUD benchmarks and program quality.
