The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive case management, strong customer service, and maintaining detailed records. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6 months of related experience is required. Bilingual in English and Tagalog preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working with low-income clients, including those suffering from homelessness.
• Bilingual in English and Tagalog.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Housing Focused Case Management to households seeking services.
• Conduct case monitoring to ensure participants remain stably housed.
• Input data into required systems for reporting.
