Job summary

MNC Inspiring Success is looking for a Housing Case Manager I to support households at risk of homelessness in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will conduct personalized assessments, develop housing stability plans, and connect clients with vital community resources. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and experience working with low-income populations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working with clients from a low-income background.
• Ability to provide services in English and Tagalog.
• Current CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial problem-solving conversations with households.
• Develop Housing Stability Plans in collaboration with households.
• Input data into reporting systems and prepare reports.
