Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking a Manager of Housing Navigation and Stabilization in Cincinnati to lead GoodSupport Housing programs for individuals, families, and veterans.

This role provides strategic leadership for HUD-funded housing services, including the Veteran Dormitory program, while ensuring grant compliance and data-driven performance.

You will supervise staff, strengthen community partnerships, and advance long-term housing stability through coordinated service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, public administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in housing, homeless services, or supportive services programs.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with HUD/VA or similar grants strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of HUD housing, Veteran Dormitory, and Housing Assistance services.
• Ensure compliance with grant regulations and organizational policies.
• Monitor housing placement, retention, income growth, and participant outcomes.
• Strengthen service coordination to support long‑term stability.
