Job summary

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida seeks a Stabilization Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management for RRH program participants or shelter guests transitioning to permanent housing. You will coordinate moving logistics, administer rental assistance, and support clients through the housing process.

Responsibilities include creating individualized Housing Stability Plans, budgeting with clients, negotiating leases, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent social services credits required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of documented case management experience.
• Bi-lingual candidates and veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with clients and document interactions in HMIS within 24 hours.
• Develop and update Housing Stability Plans addressing barriers to permanent housing.
• Build monthly budgets with clients to promote financial stability.
