The Housing Services Specialist plays a vital role in connecting youth and adults in rural Clackamas County with housing services and resources. This position is all about building meaningful relationships, raising awareness about available support, and helping individuals and families find stability in their housing journey. Working closely with local organizations, schools, and service providers to create a strong and supportive network. With a compassionate approach, this role also includes case management to ensure ongoing guidance and access to essential resources.
