Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Strong recordkeeping and office procedures knowledge.
• Ability to interact professionally with the public and co-workers.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Interview program applicants to obtain information and issue vouchers.
• Coordinate record keeping and deposits with fiscal staff for public housing units.
• May perform unit inspections as necessary.
• Explain Section Eight Housing standards to applicants, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant files and records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
