Responsibilities

• Establishes and oversees housing assistance program policies and procedures.
• Oversees daily Housing Assistance operations and trains staff.
• Gathers data to ensure Privatized Owner compliance with documents.
• Manages housing referral and relocation services for transitioning members.
• Leads BA H survey efforts by providing local housing cost data.
• Advises on landlord/tenant disputes and fair housing laws.
• Maintains liaison with real estate professionals and civic groups for RPP.
• Conducts quality control on community housing properties.
• Counsels military members on housing rights and responsibilities.
• Prepares housing reports and maintains HOMES.mil data.
