Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a Program Manager to lead and inspire teams in our Residential Homes program in Stratford, CT. You will supervise 2–3 community homes, ensuring health, safety, and resident independence while providing leadership to staff and managing operations.

The role is salaried, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with on-call rotation and regular travel to homes for inspections and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years in a similar role, with ≥3 years in supervision.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–3 residential homes ensuring health, safety, and resident wellbeing.
• Lead and support staff with training, guidance, and feedback.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage home budgets and monitor spending against goals.
• Conduct regular home and vehicle inspections.
• Approve schedules, timesheets in Kronos, and monthly reports.
