Job summary

Family Service Association of Bucks County in Langhorne, PA is seeking a part-time Housing Administrator Assistant to join our housing programs team. The successful candidate will guide applicants, process housing forms, and maintain client files with HIPAA and HUD compliance in mind.

Position offers 24 hours per week at $20.80 per hour, opportunities for training, and supportive supervision as you coordinate with housing staff, landlords, and case managers to promote housing stability for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with HMIS, Credible, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA/HUD standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for housing applicants and provide guidance.
• Review and process housing applications to determine eligibility.
• Conduct intake interviews and housing assessments; manage waitlists.
• Maintain organized client files and assist with data reporting.
• Coordinate leasing, move-ins/move-outs, and monthly rental payments.
• Communicate with landlords and coordinate with housing staff.
