The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Housing Program Assistant to support day-to-day operations of Housing Programs. The role works with the Housing Program Manager, Resident Service Coordinator, and Director to coordinate operations, supervise property management, and facilitate program meetings and services.
The ideal candidate will have a California driver’s license, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and bilingual Spanish.
The Housing Program Assistant is responsible to the Housing Program Manager. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of The Salvation Army Housing Programs. The position works closely with the Resident Service Coordinator, Housing Program Manager, and Director to coordinate program operations, oversee property management functions, collaborate with the Maintenance Department, and organize and facilitate program meetings and related services.
