Introduction Are you a creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organized person who has a background in determining eligibility for the federally funded Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) (previously referred to as Section 8), who can work in a team environment as well as independently? The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is a multi-funded agency whose programs support and assist all types of housing programs. The Housing Program Analyst is responsible for maintaining a case load of HCV participants, determining program eligibility, calculating household income/assets, allowable expenses, family size, and allowable rent amounts due landlords. Monday- Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. 37.5 hours per week. This can be a telework-eligible position, as determined by the Director and Supervisor, and the position may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
$65,910.00 - $87,812.00 Annually
