Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years applying principles of data administration, analysis, and management.
• 4+ years applying computer software, including Microsoft products.
• 2+ years applying business administration practices and principles.
• 2+ years applying data governance, data quality, and data security principles and best practices.
• 2+ years applying computer-assisted data analysis techniques and software, such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program utilization, leasing trends, and funding levels using HUD tools (TYT) to support HCV management.
• Perform data-driven analysis to guide voucher issuance levels aligned with budget authority and targets.
• Evaluate and recommend payment standard adjustments based on market conditions and projections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to monitor performance.
• Prepare presentations for leadership on program status, funding projections, risks, and policy recommendations.
• Interpret HUD guidance and local policies to support compliance while optimizing outcomes.
• Support waitlist strategies and selection methodologies to meet leasing targets and equitable access.
• Create tools and materials to simplify voucher program elements for housing specialists, holders, and landlords.
• Monitor trends and operational challenges to drive continuous improvement and budget utilization.
• Complete HUD reporting including VMS, EVMS, and HIP.
