This role focuses on monitoring HCV operations, budget utilization, and program performance, delivering dashboards, reports, and data-informed recommendations to improve efficiency and equity for residents and participants.
The Community Development Authority’s (CDA’s) mission is to develop and provide inclusive and safe places through quality affordable housing, services, and community resources in the City of Madison. This role ensures that CDA programs not only remain compliant with federal requirements but also operate at a high level of performance and are equitably delivered to maximize their impact across the city.
