Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to social services or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with four+ years of fieldwork experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience meeting KSAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to resolve housing crises for individuals and families.
• Perform preliminary eligibility screenings for publicly and privately funded programs.
• Serve as an expert on housing types, requirements, and application processes.
• Assist households with paperwork and becoming document ready for housing.
• Review leases and explain tenant rights and responsibilities.
• Complete assessments for homeless housing services and supports.
• Advise households to empower self-advocacy and connect to resources.
