This role is vital in ensuring the well-being of participants through assessments, community outreach, and building relationships with landlords.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services and possess experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly homeless individuals. This position is based in Burbank, California, and requires on-site service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must pass a fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Current TB screening and Immunization Records required.
• Ability to perform effectively under stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate housing options for homeless participants.
• Develop support systems to achieve and maintain permanent housing.
• Participate in community engagement and outreach efforts.
