Job summary

UG2 LLC is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Lead in the Pittsburgh area to supervise a team and ensure a clean, safe facility. The role involves managing staff, inspecting operations, and maintaining health and safety compliance, with a shift from 9am to 5pm.

Compensation is $21.20 per hour for full-time, on-site work. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and prior supervisory experience is required.

• Oversee environmental health and safety.
• Assure security of the facility.
• Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
• Provide prompt response to requests from facility occupants.
• Inspect trash removal, dusting, window washing, mopping and restroom cleaning.

The Housekeeping Lead must contribute to the effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
