UG2 is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Lead with supervisory experience to lead a team ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role focuses on managing staff, coordinating responsibilities, and maintaining health and safety standards to support employees’ activities within the building.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of supervision, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may benefit from bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to implementing and managing a facility management program.
• Performance manage, develop and train staff.
• Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Oversee environmental health and safety.
• Assure security of the facility.
• Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
• Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
• Inspect trash removal, dusting, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning.

UG2 is looking for an experienced housekeeper with supervisory experience to lead a team in the overall cleanliness of a facility Building.

The Housekeeping Lead must contribute to the effective functioning of a facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company.

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
