Summary Of Duties

Ensures that housing assisted through the Section 8 Programs is decent, safe, and sanitary, and in compliance with federal housing quality standards.

Supervisory

None

Education &/or Experience

Bachelors degree, or associates degree in a related field with two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

Ability to work independently and manage time, and organize workflow. Interpersonal, listening, organizational, and computing skills. Must be sensitive to peoples difficulties and capable of responding to clients in a non-judgmental manner.

Additional Requirements

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
