Job summary

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential and campus facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Install and repair drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops, doors, and hardware.
• Paint and maintain residential units and common areas.
• Service and repair appliances including refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Maintain landscaping and campus grounds, including snow and ice removal.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, inspections, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventories, and work orders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete maintenance and improvement projects.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Housing & Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in Celina, Ohio. This hands‑on position is responsible for maintaining residential housing, campus grounds, and facility systems to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
