Project Renewal is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to help keep our Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan sites safe and welcoming. The role focuses on building security, visitor contact, and supporting residents’ wellness through reliable front-desk service.
The Front Desk Attendant will monitor entrances, answer calls, receive mail, assist with drills, coordinate with clinical staff, and provide coverage during unplanned absences, while adhering to program policies.

The Front Desk Attendant is primarily responsible for ensuring safety and security in the building and for engaging in various other activities to support the wellness of residents.
