Housing First Service Corps in Tennessee seeks dedicated team members to implement HUD Coordinated Entry and engage with people experiencing homelessness. You will participate in street outreach and connect clients with supportive services and housing referrals.

The role includes serving at soup kitchens, food pantries, and clothing closets while upholding Housing First practices and wraparound mental health supports.

Qualifications

• HUD Coordinated Entry intake process experience.
• Experience in outreach and referrals to supportive services.
• Familiarity with Housing First approach and wraparound services.

Responsibilities

• Complete HUD Coordinated Entry intake process for federal homeless assistance.
• Engage in street and public outreach and assist with referrals to services.
• Provide supportive services and assist at soup kitchens, food pantries, and clothing closets.
