Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts seeks a Housing First Coordinator for the Homeless Services CSP-HI to help unsheltered adults transition to stable housing via person-centered case management and a Housing First approach.
You will work onsite, conduct assessments, develop action plans, and collaborate with partners to secure housing, income, and well-being. A BA is preferred; 2 years of relevant experience with homelessness is expected.

Eliot’s Homeless Services Division is seeking a dedicatedHousing First Coordinator to join our Community Support Team which provides housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults who are in transition to housing pre- and post- move in. Eliot is committed to a Housing First Model that prioritizes permanent housing as the initial step in assisting individuals experiencing homelessness.
In this role you will provide person-centered, strengths-based case-management. The ultimate goal of our programming is to provide each individual with coaching, education, tools and access to community resources that will help them successfully maintain long‑term sustained housing, financial independence and emotional well‑being.
