Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; four years of full-time related experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between campus locations on short notice.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety equipment and cleaning methods.
• Able to work outdoors in temperature extremes and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned buildings and surrounding grounds; perform custodial tasks.
• Outdoor maintenance, trash disposal, pool/skimming where applicable, and grounds upkeep.
• Operate custodial equipment and safety devices; use vehicles or golf carts as needed.
• Follow procedures, restock supplies, and document safety inspections.
• Collaborate professionally with students, staff, and housing residents.
