Army National Guard Units in Maryland seeks a Housing Management Assistant to oversee warehouse operations and billeting for temporary quarters, barracks, and VIP housing within the cantonment area. Responsabilidades

• Manages a warehouse operation and billeting of temporary quarters including barracks, BOQs, BEQs, and VIP housing in the cantonment area.
• Assigns troop buildings, furnishings, and equipment considering unit size, numbers, type, space availability, and unit integrity.
• Schedules pre-occupancy and termination inspections.
• Supervises issue/turn-in of buildings; conducts tenant-management inspections; verifies cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory of furnishings and equipment.
• Manages warehousing operations: receiving, storing, issuing furnishings/equipment; maintains inventory and coordinates with other organizations on the graining site.
• Ensures efficient and timely housing services, maintenance, alteration, minor construction, painting, and repairs.
