Job summary

Appalachia Service Project is seeking a full-time East Kentucky Case Manager based in Hazard, KY. You will support ASP’s housing programs, ensure grant compliance, and coordinate with families and partners to deliver timely housing solutions.

The role requires strong communication, grant management experience, and the ability to work in a Christian environment; regional travel is expected and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in grant compliance or case management.
• Willingness to work in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote ASP by attending community services outreach meetings.
• Maintain accurate case files and records.
• Guide families through application, vetting, and selection processes.
• Coordinate homeowner communication, paperwork, and customization.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Share homeowner stories for fundraising.
• Assist with dedication ceremonies and homeowner engagement activities.
