This role blends community leadership with day-to-day operations and a structured professional-development pathway toward LALD licensure. You will drive occupancy, team development, regulatory readiness, and resident satisfaction while navigating licensure timelines and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living operations or housing management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of Minnesota ALDIR requirements or equivalent.
• Ability to develop staff, mentor teams, and sustain a resident-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in line with Suite Living policies and Minnesota requirements.
• Collaborate with licensed leadership and corporate support for regulatory readiness and timely follow-through on corrective actions.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and resources; contribute to planning and fiscal accountability.
• Prepare for licensing surveys, inspections, audits, and quality-improvement activities.
• Exercise ALDIR authority within permitted residency requirements and ensure licensure progress.
