Job summary

Kennebec Valley Community Action Program is seeking a motivated Real Estate Development Director to oversee and grow its housing development projects in Waterville, Maine. This individual will manage program development, planning, asset management, and securing funding for various housing projects.

The ideal candidate will have eight years of relevant experience, strong skills in budgeting and financial planning, and be proficient in Microsoft applications. This position also offers a range of benefits, including a generous paid time off program and employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience in real estate or housing development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and use of a vehicle insured to State of Maine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow KVCAP’s housing development projects.
• Conduct community engagement activities on behalf of KVCAP.
• Secure funding for housing development projects.
