Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Housing Coordinator for its Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) to support Persons served in attaining and maintaining stable housing. The role includes educating on tenancy issues and resources and coordinating with landlords and housing authorities to advocate for clients.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday with flexible shifts and a pay rate of $22.91 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Educate staff and Persons served about tenancy issues, rights, and resources.
• Assist with applying for and obtaining subsidies to secure suitable housing.
• Serve as single point of contact with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH area housing staff for advocacy.
