Job summary

Riverside seeks a Housing Coordinator for its PACT program in Needham, MA. The role focuses on helping clients attain and sustain stable housing, educating on tenancy rights, and building relations with landlords and housing authorities.

You will educate staff and clients about housing resources, assist with subsidies applications, and guide individuals to maintain community housing. 40-hour workweek with flexible shifts in a collaborative team environment.

Housing Coordinator

We are seeking a Housing Coordinator for our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program!

As a member of the PACT team, the Housing Coordinator will work as a member of Persons’ Team having primary responsibility for supporting person's served in attaining and keeping stable, secure housing. They will be responsible for educating staff and Persons using PACT services about tenancy issues, housing rights, and resources.

The Housing Coordinator will assist people served with applying for and attaining subsidies, and work with Persons to secure housing that meets their needs and will guide the Person in learning the skills necessary to maintain community housing. They will provide a single point of contact for developing relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and DMH Area housing staff, to foster communication and provide advocacy.

Schedule: 40 hours, Monday through Friday with Flexible shifts

Pay Rate: $22.91/hourly
