With over 50 years of experience in affordable housing acquisitions and development, Related Affordable is renowned nationally for its financing, preservation, and rehabilitation innovation.

Presently, Related Affordable manages one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in the United States.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience with Affordable Housing file prep, audit and training (PH 8, LIHTC, Bond, HOME, 236).
• 3+ years’ experience with on-site property management and operations; budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and project-based Section 8; certifications preferred (CPO, CPM, SHCM, TCM).

Mansioni

• Provide first line support and training on HUD, LIHTC, and company policies.
• Review applicant and resident files for eligibility and compliance; maintain records.
• Support certifications, recertifications, lease ups, acquisitions, and rehab; coordinate rent/eligibility updates.
• Prepare for LIHTC audits, MORs, and responses to audit findings and agency reviews.
• Travel up to 50% to assigned sites as needed.
