You will perform skilled inspections of assisted-housing properties to verify compliance with HUD, HQS, NSPIRE, and UPCS standards, supporting safe, compliant housing.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, communicating with property owners and contractors, and maintaining records and schedules to ensure timely inspections.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel to multiple property sites.
• Familiarity with HUD housing standards preferred.
