• Identification and clear documentation of health, safety, habitability, and compliance deficiencies.
• Timely entry of verified inspection outcomes, supporting evidence, and required follow-up information into agency systems.
• Professional communication of inspection findings to participants, owners, landlords, and property representatives.
• Adherence to field-safety requirements, escalation protocols, quality-control expectations, and controlled workflow handoffs.
• Conduct assigned inspections and document verified outcomes within required timelines.
• Coordinate scheduling changes, access issues, cancellations, and reinspection needs through designated channels.
