Job summary

The Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey (HCDNNJ) is seeking AmeriCorps VISTA members to strengthen nonprofit capacity and expand housing resources across New Jersey.

You will conduct research, develop resource guides, assist with outreach and communications, and improve data collection and evaluation systems to support eviction prevention and services for low- and moderate-income communities. The program runs 09/08/2026 to 09/07/2027 as a full-time AmeriCorps VISTA assignment.

Qualifications

• Non-Profit Management, Community Organization, Fund raising/Grant Writing, Communications.

Responsibilities

• AmeriCorps VISTA duties including research, developing resource guides, outreach and communications, and data collection/evaluation improvements.
• Strengthen programs that expand access to housing resources and support eviction prevention.
