Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 2 years’ direct housing or social services experience.
• Associate degree with 4 years’ direct housing or social services experience.
• HS/GED with 6 years’ direct housing or social services experience (3 in HCV).
• Equivalent education/training/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Administer services for low- and moderate-income residents in the HCV program.
• Likely manage annual and interim certifications and portability clients.
• Coordinate annual certification for the HCV program.
• Conduct client interviews to assess eligibility and program compliance.
• Refer clients to human services resources and reconcile revenues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social and/or Political Science, Sociology, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Community Development, Counseling, Social Work

Associate degree in Social and/or Political Science, Sociology, Counseling, Social Work, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Community Development

High School diploma or GED with 6 years housing/social services experience (3 years in HCV)

Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
