AmeriCorps & Senior Corps seeks a VISTA member to support the OST Partnership for Housing by building capacity and long-term sustainability. The role focuses on capacity building rather than direct service and aims to scale successful systems to strengthen the local housing safety net.

The member will help develop scalable grant systems, outreach and data frameworks, and create centralized volunteer recruitment, training, and database coordination to mobilize community support for housing

Responsibilities

• Build the organizational infrastructure needed to expand housing resources and combat local economic insecurity.
• Develop lasting resource pipelines by establishing corporate donation networks.
• Evaluate existing housing advising frameworks and identify strategic growth areas.
• Design and implement a centralized volunteer recruitment, training, and database coordination system.
