Only up to 100 candidates may be invited to the written examination. Only up to 16 who pass the written examination will be invited to the oral exam. Both the written and the oral must be passed in order to be placed on the eligible list for this classification.
Most desirable characteristics: strong computer experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service, ability to multi-task and demonstrate task completion, good work attendance.
High School graduate or GED required. AA degree preferred.
