Job summary

Qualifications

High school graduation or an associate's degree with related experience.
Five years of related experience or combination of education and experience as described.
Experience in a college/university housing or administrative setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assign and manage housing occupancy for on-campus undergrad/grad students across 53 residence halls.
Manage student room change requests with live-in staff.
Serve as point-of-contact for the housing waitlist and manage offers/assignments.
Work with multiple departments to confirm student status and approvals.
Assist with housing applications, selections, and data management in housing systems.
Provide front desk support, respond to inquiries, and assist emergencies as needed.
Develop partnerships with University departments and represent housing at meetings.
