• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the housing placement process.
• Collaborate with case managers to develop individualized housing plans.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure housing stability.
• Stay informed about program changes and attend required trainings.
• Identify clients for the SOTA program and assist with housing searches.
• Ensure placements meet SOTA requirements, including income verification.
