Overview

Core Standards and Expectations

• Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, use their names when possible, and handle guest concerns with hospitality.
• Cleanliness: Keep all areas, including guest hallways, stairwells, and public spaces, clean and organized. Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed.
• Product Quality: Complete checklists accurately, maintain uniform standards, and ensure all tasks are performed efficiently.
• Teamwork: Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Role-Specific Duties

• Handle luggage storage and retrieval for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest hallways, service areas, and outdoor grounds.
• Report issues with furniture and maintain stock levels of amenities and linens.
