Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping closets and work areas.
• Respond to room attendants, supervisors, and management for supplies and items.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling from guest floors to designated areas.
• Set up and break down rollaway beds, cribs, and guest-requested items.
• Assist with guest requests and special cleaning needs as assigned.
• Attend monthly department meetings and follow training rehearsals.
• Use hotel systems to communicate and complete checklists daily.

Assist with the delivery of linens and amenities, respond to housekeeping requests, maintain storage areas, and help ensure the cleanliness and organization of back-of-house and public spaces.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS* Operational Responsibilities* Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping closets and work areas throughout the hotel.* Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants, Supervisors, and management for supplies, equipment, and guest items.* Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling from guest floors to designated areas.* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels in housekeeping closets, storage rooms, and linen areas.* Guest Services* Assist with the setup and breakdown of rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest-requested items.* Deliver guest amenities and fulfill special guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.* Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special cleaning needs as assigned* Team Support and Training* Attend required monthly department meetings* Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees* Comply with assigned training and engage in job duty rehearsals with management* Communication and Reporting* Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants, Supervisors, and management for supplies, equipment, and guest items.* Use assigned technology device consistently to operate hotel systems such as Alice, StayNTouch, etc.* Safety & Compliance* Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all equipment is maintained in proper working condition* Report any safety or security concerns immediately## QualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Effective time management and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Alice* Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail* Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical Requirements* Sitting: Occasional* Standing/Walking: Frequently, up to 8 hours a day. Walking throughout the hotel, transporting linens and supplies, delivering guest items, servicing housekeeping closets, and assisting with housekeeping operations.* Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lift and carry linens, towels, amenities, supplies, trash, recycling, and housekeeping equipment up to 50 pounds.* Other Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
