Job summary

Hotel Bourré Bonne in Louisville, KY is seeking a dependable House Person to support the Housekeeping Department by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation on guest floors, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest corridors, elevators, stairways, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors and assigned areas.
• Collect and transport soiled linens and remove trash and debris in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Assist Room Attendants with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping closets, carts, and supply areas in an organized manner.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, Room Attendants, supervisors, and other hotel departments.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged property, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with moving furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, mattresses, and other equipment as required.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness, sanitation, safety, security, and guest service.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Support the overall housekeeping operation and perform other duties as assigned.
