Position Overview

A Houseperson RDC is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals. The primary focus will be on deep cleaning guest rooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including carpet edging, moving furniture for cleaning, vent/filter cleaning, mattress rotation, grout cleaning, etc., in guestrooms and other areas.
• Clean designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, carpet shampooing, window washing, floor waxing, trash removal, and ashtray emptying.
• Greet guests courteously and professionally.
• Report maintenance issues and repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Assist with guest requests and room cleaning as needed.

The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, depending on experience and location.
